I'm bassist for Salford band Pearl Divers
Why did you want to become involved with Salford City Radio?
I'm already a DJ in Salford,but I came in with 2 members of Pearl Divers for an interview
with Bob Osbourne,and Steve Suttie asked if I'd like to volunteer to do radio work. I said
"Hmm let me think YES!". I've always loved the chance to do my own show.
How has volunteering with Salford City Radio changed your life?
Just through involvement with Bob,Tony,and Stephen,I've seen a bubbling undercurrent of
Salford music promotion...and it's great! My extra involvement on the station means I can promote local bands myself.
What does your show bring to the people of Salford?
A Monty musical education of all things Indie,local,electro....but I want to carry on the push to get
those Salford bums out of seats and see some live bands.....especially Pearl Divers. HA!
Whats the best thing that's ever happened to you?

Who would you interview if you could choose absolutely anybody, and what would you ask?
I wouldn't like to interview Morrissey,I'd feel a bit intimidated,but Hooky...Barney Sumner.....
Jarvis Cocker! Now he's a "Morrissey you can have a pint with"
How would you describe your show?
Ok it's a bit of MONTY indulgance,but I'll make a point of including in my fave toons,old and
new,and local bands that have caught my eye on my travels/MySpace surfing.I wanted to make
a show that hopefully people will come next week and listen.
