Why did you want to become involved with Salford City Radio?
I have always been interested in media and entertainment and when the opportunity came up through work
to host a sport and leisure information show, I jumped at the chance. I have always admired female DJ's
like Jo Wiley Edith Bowman and Sarah Cox and thought I'd develop my skills and add another string to
my bow. Working with Danielle and Jenny is brilliant and like the title we've been given, Salford
Community Leisure Girls has a bit of a fun ring to it.
How has volunteering with Salford City Radio changed your life?
I now look forward to getting up on a Monday morning and Mondays are not dull anymore. Presenting starts the week with a Buzz ;o)
What does your show bring to the people of Salford? The show provides information on all sport, health and community leisure activities in and around the city and promotes health and wellbeing to get everyone active in Salford.
Who would you interview if you could choose absolutely anybody, and what would you ask? I would interview the person who invented marmite and ask if they were a lover or a hater?
Whats the best thing that's ever happened to you?
Having the opportunity to travel around Australia in 2008 and visit some of the most amazing places in the world and meet many amazing people.
How would you describe your show? Fun, bubbly, informative and current
