Bill Ward Takes Role in Not Dead Enough At The Opera House

You may remember Bill Ward as Charlie Stubbs in Coronation Street and as James Barton in Emmerdale. He was nominated for The British Soap Villain of the Year Award. In suitable soap style his villainous characters were both killed off.

Bill has taken over the role of Detective Superintendent Roy Grace in an adaptation of Peter James play Not Dead Enough. Starring alongside Strictly's Laura Whitmore and actor Stephen Billington.

Bill talks soaps, taking over the role of Roy Grace from his friend Shane Ritchie. Discovering Peter James novels and his approach to taking on the role of a complex character like Grace.

The murder mystery takes the audience on a chilling rollercoaster ride.

Not Dead Enough runs from 22nd  -  27th May at the Opera House with Bill Ward playing the inimitable Detective Superintendent Roy Grace.
